The presented data demonstrate the impact of AMLAMaiTE media blend optimization compared to classical DoE-based media blend optimization on protein titers. Optimization of media composition supports enhanced productivity and improved downstream throughput as demonstrated by IgG titers shown in the graph below. All data were generated by customers in their own facilities under process-relevant conditions.

Iterative media optimization in a bacterial expression system resulted in a significant improvement in enzyme activity. All data was generated by the customer under process-relevant conditions.
